Dirty Fan Coil

This customer engaged our services to service his master bedroom in a condominium. We discovered dust, mould and jelly-like substance growing in the drip pan. A classic example of our everyday encounters of how dirty and filthy air-conditioners are when they are not serviced regularly. IClean recommends quarterly maintenance with IWash for normal usage and IChemical Wash for units that has everyday usage (>8hrs).
